Production Time:

All our products are made on-demand to minimize cost and wastage. Once an order is placed, our production process begins. It can take up to a week for the order to be printed and ready for dispatch. We appreciate your patience during this time as we strive to create high-quality products for you.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on international shipping times and the destination. Please refer to the shipping information and tracking details provided when you place your order. Please note that as our products are often shipped from overseas, some delays may occur during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

Delayed Delivery:

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait a day or two: Sometimes shipments can experience unforeseen delays. Our estimated delivery time is just an estimate and not a guarantee.

Lost in Transit:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Wrong Address:

It is important to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. We will work with you to confirm an updated address before reshipping (if applicable).
